The developer position offers a monthly salary of $129,510 excluding VAT, while the testing specialist will receive $124,149. In both cases, the contract will be based on a personal services contract.
The application requirements are strict. Applicants must be natural or legal citizens, or hold nationality from a country approved by the Inter-American Development Bank. They must also be registered in the Single Registry of State Suppliers (RUPE) with "Active" status.
It also specifies that applicants must not be active public officials, except for teachers who do not exceed 60 hours per week. They must not have family ties to program officials or conflicts of interest in other government contracts.
CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
The call excludes the possibility of requesting unpaid leave to perform this role. Even those with current ties to other government agencies must ensure their schedules do not overlap and that they do not exceed 60 hours per week.
Furthermore, the regulations prohibit a contracted individual from working on the same project section if this creates a direct or indirect relationship with other program contractors. The restrictions also apply to spouses, partners, or relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity of project officials.
