Several people were injured this Friday in southern Sweden in a shooting at a mosque in the town of Orebro, local police confirmed.
The first notice of the incident occurred around 1:45 p.m. and prompted the deployment of security forces and emergency services to the scene, Orebro Police reported on its X social media account.
"There are injuries, but we currently know the extent of the damage. We urge the public to stay away from the scene," the police statement emphasized.
