Foxconn's parent company earns €2.47 billion in the first half of the year, up 52%.

Hon Hai Precision Industry, the parent company of Foxconn Technology Group, the Taiwanese company responsible for assembling a large portion of the iPhones sold worldwide, reported net profits of NT$86.5 billion (€2.47 billion) during the first half of the year, up 52%.

Sales reached 3.44 trillion Taiwan dollars (98.216 billion euros), the company reported on Thursday. Revenues thus increased 20% year-over-year.

In the second quarter alone, profits rose to 44.4 billion Taiwan dollars (1.268 billion euros ), an increase of 27%, although revenues increased by 16%, to 1.79 trillion Taiwan dollars (51.106 billion euros).

The multinational has indicated that it expects revenue to grow in the third quarter as activity increases. It anticipates "considerable growth" in both sequential and year-over-year terms.

However, the outlook for the full fiscal year 2025 remains unchanged and continues to reflect a "significant improvement" driven by strong demand for AI servers and stable mass production. Foxconn will remain "vigilant" regarding global geopolitical, tariff, and currency changes.
