MADRID, 14 (EUROPA PRESS)
BBVA has appealed to the Supreme Court against the condition imposed by the government for approving the takeover bid (OPA) for Banco Sabadell, which took place last June and requires the two banks to remain separate for a period of three years, extendable to five.
Specifically, the bank filed this appeal on July 15, three weeks after the government announced the terms of the transaction, according to El Español, which sources at the bank confirmed to Europa Press.
