Carrasco stated that Basso's entourage used personal accounts to evade traditional state controls. Meanwhile, the victims' lawyers are analyzing a payment proposal of 35 million dollars against the clock. This amount would allow the victims to recover a smaller portion of the capital invested within a period of two months. The final resolution on the fate of the family assets was now in the hands of the magistrate in charge of the commercial bankruptcy.
